Sometimes life just seems to pass me by. This afternoon Christi asked me if we had anything special planned for the weekend and I had to ask if this weekend was anything special.
The only dates I half way keep up with are the dates the band is playing and Mark will be gone. Other than that I'm pretty clueless.
I did buy a ham for Easter and I might get around to cooking it sometime this weekend - who knows? Levi and Christi will be going to her Mom's on Sunday so if I do cook it will be some day other than Sunday. The most fun I've had getting ready for Easter is buying Zoe a new dress. It's so pretty - white dotted swiss with watercolor lavender roses on it and a little white cardigan to wear with. I will take pictures.
Not much has been going on around here. The weather has been awful. It is cold, dreary and windy most days. The sun did shine today but the wind made it unpleasant to be outside. Wind gives me earaches so I have to wear a toboggan. Mostly I have been inside reading those damn Twilight books. I'm on number four now and will be glad when I'm finished. I don't like them, don't like the story (other than the cool vampire action)I hate Bella but I cannot stop reading them. I have to get to the end. It's like when you are watching a bad movie and you really just want to stop and go to bed but you just have to keep watching to see how it ends....
Levi has a new puppy, Isis, an Alaskan Malamute. She is beautiful. I will get pictures of her, too, soon.
We are finally taking Copper to get "fixed" tomorrow. I've put it off way too long. Doc will probably not be happy with me when he has to handle a 90 pound dog. It would have been much easier 50 pounds ago and cost less too. procrastination.
Okay, just thought I would catch up a little even though I have nothing worth saying... I'm off to read some more.

I felt the same way about the Twilight saga. I'm finishing up book number 4 now. It has the most vampire action so it's been more fun to read. I think the whole love story part was written to appeal to teenagers because it's so immature I almost want to puke! That part does get a little better. Sadly, the movie is worse than the book! YUCK!
Anyway, it's snowing here! We're supposed to have an inch by morning! WTF!!!!! I cleaned off the back porch hoping it would entice the warm weather, but no luck. I'm sick of it, but it sounds like it's the same situation for almost everyone so we're all in the same cold boat. :)
