Little blue shirt arrived on time, it was beautifully packaged, wrapped in tissue paper and carefully folded. The fabric was fabulous, felt like a $90.00 shirt.. I put it on and it not only felt good, it looked good. Emily and I oohhed and awwed over the beautiful shiny silver bead work but..................it was not fully lined. The front was lined but the back was not and it was very sheer. I wore it a while then hung it on a hanger and looked at it a while, very tempted to keep it but I knew it would wind up in the back of my closet never to be worn unless I wore it under a jacket and it really isn't a jacket sort of shirt. (or at least I didn't think so)So, I packed it back up as carefully as it was sent and UPSed it back to where it came.
Then I went to the Salvation Army and spent $4.50 on a new red linen blazer, a white with blue stripe (nautical look)shirt and came home happy.
Today Em and I are going to Payless to buy some red shoes.

So it's sheer like the sleeves? Bummer, dudette. I'm sorry! I'll bet you looked amazing in it though.

BTW, I know you like Anne Lamott, and I noticed there is an interview of her on Salon.com right now: http://www.salon.com/mwt/feature/2007/03/21/lamott_walsh/ (You'll probably have to watch a short advertisement.)

Yeah, it was totally see thru. I could have worn a cami with it but I thought it would be too hot for summer wear.

Oh, well, I'm happy with what I bought.
