It was a beautiful day here today, almost 60 degrees, sunny, and clear - supposed to be rainy and cold tomorrow with the possibility of rain and ice mix. Boo!!
I didn't get to be outside as much as I would have liked we had to make a trip to town to run errands and such nonsense...
We ate at Applebee's while we were out. You have to understand that when you think about going out to a "fancy" restaurant in Ada, Applebee's is at the top of the list. The food was really good, the prices much more than we are used to paying so it's a treat for us. But, I was thinking... if Applebee's can make food that good why can't every other restaurant make food that tastes that good?? We just about don't out to eat(other than Burger King or our favorite pizza place because we know we can depend on them)because I get so tired of paying for substandard food. I guess people think because we live in a small town and don't have a lot of choice we will just accept their crappy food and service. NO.
We watched "Nacho Libre" tonight... what a silly, silly movie.
Michelle at Le Vie en Rose has a great list of Oscar nominated movies that I copied and am going to put on my Blockbuster queue.

I love Applebees, I am on a first name basis with most of the bartenders there. If you eat at the bar, every 5th meal is free.
They love me and hubby, we are regulars and goooood tippers.

We Love Applebees too! My oldest son loves Nacho Libre. He is always wanting to show it to someone!
I have to say, I'm not at Applebees. I think it might just be our Applebees though. I love PF Chang's China Bistro. Their Mu Shu Pork is delicious!
No baby yet. :( I just talked to her a few hours ago and she said she is ready for this baby to get here. She said her belly feels like it's going to split open.
I mean to say "I'm not an Applebees fan." I can't type.
We have an Applebees literally 2 minutes from my house, and I live there. It's not that I really love the food or anything, but it's a central place for my friends and I to meet, and if I happen to drink too much (rarely), I can walk home if I have to.
I'm a big fan of Applebee's tequila lime chicken. Yummmmm.
