for the last few months I have been having blood pressure/heart issues. I have been trying, really working at losing weight and eating healthier. I try not to get frustrated, but, I do. I feel like I'm starving most of the time (lower carb intake leaves me feeling empty) I walk every day. In four months i have lost 10 pounds which isn't bad, I know. But, I have such a long way to go......
