this has just been one of those weeks from hell... all the morbid stuff I've been dealing with, then Rufus disappearing... not knowing if he was killed or is laying somewhere hurt and starving and can't get home. We have walked miles looking thru the woods but there are hundreds of acres of woods behind us where he might be. Then today we found out we will be losing about a 1/3 of our income after the first of the year, looks like John is shutting down the ballroom. He is just not making any money doing what he is doing. If he doesn't shut down he is probably not going to have any more big acts come in and won't need us. And, on top of all that we lost the football game this week to a team who has NEVER beaten OU... not that football is all that important to me but it was just one more slap in the face.
