Mark's favorite:

Brown 4-6 cube steaks in a little oil. salt, pepper, garlic.
Add 1/2 onion sliced thinly and 2 stalks of diced celery
2 or 3 diced carrots
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 can diced tomatoes

mash the tomatoes to release the juice

cover and cook for about 20 minutes

serve over rice

we call it Swiss Steak.
