I really shouldn't complain but I am so tired of rainy days and gloomy dark weather.. I really don't know how you folks who live in the north do it. Without sunshine I get so lethargic I can hardly move.

My garden looks better than I thought it would after being underwater for several days. It needs to be weeded but there is no way. When it dries out I will just re-till it and my yard.. oh, my, I'm sure it will have to be mowed at least twice to look half way decent again.



this is the yard behind the studio, full of clover. We have had way more bees this year than the last two years.

Does it just make you furious when you do really stupid things? Boy, it does me. I've been mad all day since I discovered a really stupid thing I did. ...
Emily has a red dress she really likes but it was starting to gap across the bust so I bought her an identical dress only a size larger. Of course, the new dress had to be hemmed. I had the old dress laid out to take to put in the Salvation Army bag and the new dress in a Walmart sack to take to the seamstress to be hemmed. This morning while he was on his route Mark picked up the 3 new dresses from the seamstress for me. I pulled them out to see what kind of job she did and lo and behold... I had sent the OLD red dress to the seamstress and have given the brand new red dress to the Salvation Army. I ranted and raved the rest of the day... stupid, stupid, stupid. I am going to run in there tomorrow on our way to Ardmore (to see the dentist) and see if they happen to still have it. STUPID!

Okay I'll stop now. I'm getting mad all over again.
