Seems to be a baby boom going on here. My friend Karen called yesterday to let us know that they had a new grandson, Gavin. Today Jason and Charity are headed to the hospital, the doctor is going to induce her labor and Seth's youth pastor's wife is also in the hospital delivering baby Cate.
Christi is already talking about baby number two - I just have to shake my head and bite my tongue. My only advice has been that it might be easier if they waited until Zoe was weaned and potty trained????
Our weather has just been sucky. Cold, wet, dreary, and very windy. So, I've been breezing through the Twilight books. They aren't that good, but they are easy to read and good enough to keep me interested.
Mark and Seth are getting packed up and ready to take off in the morning for a very long weekend. First they are headed to Stillwater OK in the northern part of the state for The Testicle Tune-Up finals. They have to be there by 1:30 tomorrow to set up our monitor system (the bar is supplying the sound system which isn't great and had no monitors so Mark convinced them to let him bring our own) They won't finish up there until sometime early Saturday morning, probably 3am or later. Then they have to be in Norman OK by 6:30 that morning to set up a small PA for a conference that will last two hours. They should be out of there by ten or eleven and THEN they are driving to the far southwest corner of the state to Faxon OK for another Kevin Pickett concert. Hopefully when they get to Faxon they will be able to crash in the truck for a couple of hours. Leaving Faxon at 3am to head home, a 3 1/2 hour drive ... and then to die for a couple of days.
Emily and I are planning a shopping trip that, of course, includes going out to eat. She wants to look for a yellow wallet.
Is it sunny and warm anywhere yet?

It's effing freezing here.
I feel like spring is never coming.
It was warm here yesterday, but raining today. Spring where are you????
I want another baby too, but waiting is a better idea. Even if I didn't have the heart surgery to look forward to I'd wait. Babies too close together are not fun. The 13 years between Hayden and Erin is perfect! LOL
You girls have fun on your shopping trip. :)
Well, we saw a yellow crop duster (scared the bejesus out of me - went right over the top of the van) and a yellow mustang convertible that she liked but no yellow wallets so we settled for a pink wallet and yellow pajamas. We love pajamas. We also got orange pj's (shorties) and a new movie and she wanted to buy Zoe a couple of things so we bought Ms Zoe an Easter dress and two onesies, one red, one purple.
Yesterday was the first nice day in quite awhile and I was in the car for most of it going to the airport and back. Today looks like it is going to be nice too and Cara is coming to visit so that will add to the sunshine!!
Come to my blog to see the house we are going to try to buy
