aaawww... sunshine, it does wonders for my mood.
The ground is soft and pliable, it has been nurtured by days of soft rain. Our world is turning green again and it makes me happy in my heart.
I kept Zoe this afternoon while the kids went to town to spend a little alone time together. They informed me that the her other Grandma was going to get to keep her next time... well, I guess that it is only fair :}
Mark is in the studio with Kevin Pickett this afternoon, so, while Zoe and I were hanging out I watched "Micheal Clayton". I've had it for three weeks and am just now getting around to watching it. pretty good movie.
We are watching the last season of Smallville (season 7) on DVD. I'm going to be sad when there are no more episodes to watch. It will probably be next fall or later before season 8 comes out on DVD.

I've been shopping on ebay for Zoe some summer clothes, but, good grief, every time I find a good lot of clothes some dummy bids them up to a ridiculous price.. I can go buy all new stuff for what they are going for....pisses me off. If I liked to garage sale I would do that but I don't! so I'll just keep trying ebay or buy new.
Nothing much new going around here this weekend. I was supposed to go to a chocolate party tomorrow but it got canceled.. shucks.

canceled chocolate party - that makes me sad. I haven't been watching anything. The bulb on our tv went out and David thought I ordered one while I was pretty sure he ordered one. Neither of us ordered one. Silly.
We are relaxing this weekend, and watching movies we knew we liked. There Will Be Blood is on Showtime and we've watched it several times. It is such a masterpiece that it is going to take several viewings to get old.
We watched a good documentary called "Lake of Fire" its about the abortion rights struggle/fight/debate in America. All done in Black and white. It never tries to answer any questions. It just shows what all has gone on, what all is going on and does go on.

a friend of mine is selling some kind of super chocolate that is supposed to be better for you than regular dark chocolate. I'm sure it is expensive but I haven't seen the presentation yet. I'll try to get the link to show you. (I've forgotten the name of it)

lost chance for eating chocolate?! Bummer! We went to Johns Grandmas house and joined family to celebrate Grandmas 96th birthday. We had a pretty good group of our family. I will try and post a group picture we took later.

Been wondering if Michael Clayton was any good...thanks. Nothing good here...watched these recently: Rachel Getting Married (good acting but sooo depressing) and Burn After Reading (just plain weird).
