We watched Premonition the other night. I thought it was really good, except the ending. Boo!
and I watched The Queen - holy cow, what a boring movie - unless maybe you were a huge Diana fan which I'm not.
I have Blood Diamond to watch next.
I'm reading "Light on Yoga" now - it may take me several years to get through this book. Dry and boring, but, I still want to read it.
I told Mark - I wish I had just a good story to read, something quick and easy and fun. I'm kind of tired of all this heavy spiritual reading I've been doing.
Well, my sweet hubbie just made it home after being gone all day doing an outdoor gig. Why anyone does outdoor concerts in Oklahoma in August I will never figure out. It was like 103 degrees today or some crazy shit.
So, I'm gonna go put us a couple of beers in the freezer while he gets a shower and then sit and hear about his day.

Oh - the cool beer in the freezer routine. Len and I do that when we are working outside; my favorite way to drink a beer. I'm hoping your day, and your week get better, and wishing I could share one of those cold beers with you! oh, as for light reads, I have been reading a series of woman detective novels by Jacqueline Winspear, the first one is the main character's name Maisie Dobbs. They are set in England, post WWI, and she is an intuitive. They are fun, good and a bit thoughtful, and easy quick reads. You might like her.

Yeah, I loved Premonition up until the end too. What a huge let down! It felt like they just couldn't pull it all together.

You should see Because I Said So. It's silly, but there were parts that I laughed so hard!
I bought tickets for Erin and I to visit OK. We'll be there the 15-21st of September. I'm really excited!
