I called the man yesterday who was "supposed" to be building me a new cabinet to store school stuff in only to find out that he had never even started on it. I had told them that I had to have it by the end of August, so, I canceled the order, but, that left me with nothing to put school stuff in and I needed to get my school stuff out of storage and start organizing.
So, this morning I went shopping. I wasn't sure what I was looking for. I had drawn plans for the custom cabinet and wasn't sure I would be able to find anything similar to fit my needs.
The second place I went is a warehouse sales sort of place with tons of odd ball items. I love going in there, they have everything from antique furniture to hand made candles, hippy beads and new furniture. I found the perfect thing.
It is an old "rustic" buffet, it's huge - six feet long, three feet tall, eighteen inches deep with four doors and four nice big drawers. I'll post a picture soon.
