a couple of things before I get back to work...

this part of this post has been removed at Jen's request

SUCCESS!! the pool is crystal freakin' clear this morning! HOO RAY !!
now I can see how dirty the bottom is. Seth's turn to vacuum.

I have the repair work finished on the old barn walls and painted the one sheet rocked wall (the only one I can use a roller on) this morning. Mark said he would help me with the stairs on Sunday afternoon which means I won't be able to get any more work done until then.
The color is perfect. I chose the palest blue I could find, looks like white with a blue tint but soft.

Have I ever told you how much I love to stay at LaQuinta hotels? Well, I do! I always look for a LaQuinta first when we are going somewhere. Last night I made us a reservation at the brand new LaQuinta in Shawnee (Mark has to be up there to set up for a week long camp and I thought it would be fun for the kids and I to go along and I am going to get to see Erin and her new baby Samuel). I rented a 2 queen bed suite for a hundred bucks - can you believe that??? a hundred bucks for a suite with two queen beds in the bedroom, plus a living room with microwave, frig, and a free breakfast. WoW.

OKay, gotta get back to work.

What is the name of the paint color??? I have been looking at those shades for my bedroom and can't find one I really like.

You got an amazing deal! Hotel rooms are so expensive. I'm debating between two different places when we go for Pam's memorial. Tell me I shouldn't worry about the extra $30 a night for the nice one.

I love staying in nice hotels. We are going to a bed and breakfast for Memorial day on Orcas Island... I just can't hardly wait.

Spend the $30 Sandra...you are worth it.

Yes, Sandy, what Cara said - spend the $30.00. I'm always tickled pink to get a good deal but if I have to choose between cheap and nice, I pick nice.
Jennifer - it is Behr paint(Home Depot) and the color is waterfall mist

Off subject, A, but my grandma and I were talking about you this morning. She loves your blog and was saying we (my mom, my grandma, and me) all need to go visit you and Emily soon. :) Of course, I think you guys should come up to Washington...think about it. :)

We have La Quintas up here, I think...
