Monday, Monday... so good to me

Gosh, Monday again already. The weekend just flew by.

The sun is shining here this morning, looks like a decent day but rain is predicted for tomorrow again. I really need for it to dry out enough to get my tiller into the garden.

My weekend was pretty much spent laying around moaning and groaning with cramps.
What fun!

We did make it to church yesterday. I actually enjoyed the video message this week. It was something dear to my heart. He spoke about being willing to reach out to people with big problems (he was mainly talking about drugs, I think). He really let people have it over acting self-righteous and holier-than-thou, turning their backs on the very people who need us "Christians" to be understanding and tolerant.

On the way home from church we stopped by R&R Farms to pick up eggs. Little by little I am finding ways to make our lives more organic. I'm using organic shampoos, soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and deodorant; Walmart is offering more and more organic products at reasonable prices.
I have all our light bulbs switched over to the new energy saver type. They take a little getting used to but we just hope it is worth it in savings.
Our Farmer's Market begins in May. I am planning on going once a week to buy produce to use along with what I grow in my garden.
It makes me feel good to be doing this, plus, I've noticed as I eliminate more and more chemicals from our lives the less allergy trouble I'm having.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you guys.... We got our tax stuff all settled and have already gotten our RETURN!! We actually got money back this year.
I told my accountant that I love her and sent her a huge bouquet of spring flowers.

The most wonderful part of that whole deal is knowing that once and for all the child support nightmare is over. They didn't even attempt to steal our return this year.

HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!
