What I watched this weekend...

Gridiron Gang with the Rock
Someone Like Youwith Hugh Jackman and Ashly Judd
A Good Year with Russel Crowe (I didn't recognize the female lead in this one)
and,
part of the lunar eclipse
we watched a part of the Discovery Channel movie about the discovery of the tomb of Jesus?? I'm interested to see what Jen will have to say about it.

Enjoyed all of the movies. It was cold here this weekend so you can see what I did.

Things I cooked this weekend...

Lemon bars
Macadamia nut cookies

I read over on Junkfood Science that craving sweets means you are depressed - must be it, because I don't usually crave sweets other than chocolate.

I'm sitting here looking at the calendar. Next week has something written on every day except Monday. Another busy week it looks like.
Spring break is only two weeks away and we are off to Dallas for a couple of days.

Seth already has me planning our next get away adventure, probably for our fall break we will be going to the Crater of Diamonds in Arkansas to dig for diamonds. I hope he finds a BIG one.

Happy Monday to you.

I wish I could've seen it, but my cable is out. See blog. What did you think of it?

CV, I love the dirt, too. It's therapy for me to go dig in the dirt.
Jen, I only watched portions of the Jesus tomb movie... didn't watch the ending, mostly because I just don't care, partly because I knew that they weren't going to ever come to any definite conclusion - only speculation and what they had to say is not going to alter my beliefs.
I did enjoy hearing what they said about Mary Magdelene and how women played an important/equal part in Jesus' ministry. They have found written records in The Book of Phillip that say that she was an apostle and missionary.
I loved seeing all the onsite digs and things they were finding and what all it took to find them.
Overall interesting show.

It would have been nice to see it. I'm sure they will have it out on video one of these days.
