So, what do you guys think about what's happening in our nation now?
Hilary Clinton announcing that she is going to run for President, a young black man, and a Hispanic man vying for the ticket... Nancy Pelosi in office... maybe, just maybe we are actually going to see a change.
and gas prices are down.. we bought gas last week for $1.89 !!!

I'm pretty cynical about it...I think people are too afraid to really rock the boat (which I think our country needs) and lose their political power/status/worship/etc., so I doubt too much will change. I expect a Democrat will be in the presidential office next term, but I expect higher taxes/more pork and that's about it.
I have to agree with Kristen. If it looks like a politician, and smells like a politician, it's probably a politician regardless of any other atributes it may have.
It looks like we may finally break the string of white men in the Oval Office. I'm so happy!
I am actually quite pleased with the prospect of Hillary Clinton as president.
